We are a by-appointment-only private personal training facility. Here at Prevail, our aim is to help people achieve their goals using the safest and most efficient methods possible. We believe each individual should start with a consultation & thorough assessment to determine the appropriate training plan for their journey. We pride ourselves on the personalized coaching and direct attention that each person who works with us receives.

We also offer men and women’s locker rooms & showers, and provide towel services for all our members.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

All of our in-person training members begin with a comprehensive assessmen. Includes the following:

  • InBody body composition analysis

  • Functional Movement Screen

  • Strength & conditioning testing (if applicable)

  • Individual data review to develop and organize the best possible plan for success

  • Includes complimentary one-on-one training session

 

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Our team of experienced coaches will listen to your goals and use the findings of our assessment to build the best possible program for your success. Our primary objectives are always to improve movement quality, strength, and body composition but we also specialize in injury rehabilitation and sports performance.

 

NUTRITION COACHING

Includes discussion of daily habits, nutrition education, and one-on-one coaching calls every two weeks. With the goal of helping individuals make lifestyle changes that are long lasting, instead of drastic quick fixes. Discussions can be in-person, over the phone, or via e-mail.

 

MYOFASCIAL RETRAINING

After a thorough assessment, our specialist will work to identify the root cause(s) of pain and treat injuries. Our goal is to improve movement using a blend of techniques such as massage (soft tissue work), myofascial release, ART, Guasha/Grasten, cupping, athletic taping, dynamic and passive stretching, and pattern setting exercises.
